WCDC partners with many organizations that are located in Wilkinsburg or do work in the community.
Housing Services & DevelopmentThe Wilkinsburg Affordable Housing Coalition is made up of multiple housing organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh, Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, Wilkinsburg Christian Housing, and Pittsburgh Housing Development Authority.These organizations offer home repairs and other services at low or no cost. Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation has done considerable work in the Hamnett neighborhood including continuing work renovating the Crescent Apartments. Business ServicesThe Greater Wilkinsburg Chamber of Commerce works alongside WCDC on economic development in the community. The Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence of the University of Pittsburgh provides services for local businesses and entrepreneurs.

Social ServicesHosanna House is located adjacent to the Wilkinsburg business district and serves 35,000 people a year with a variety of services.Wilkinsburg Community Ministry serves many in Wilkinsburg with programs such as Meals on Wheels and in the summer of 2011 WCDC supported WCM in their Youth Meal Partnership Program. Sign up to Volunteer with WCM. Environmental OrganizationsNine Mile Run Watershed Association works to restore and protect the local urban watershed through such initiatives as the Wilkinsburg Tree Vitalize Project- 500 Trees Initiative! They also created the Wilkinsburg Street Tree Plan for the WCDC.
